Hydro-Excavating Orangeburg piping horizontally under a road is what allowed us to remove the 5' section of Orangeburg pipe and "but up" a 6" section of PVC pipe to the 6" clay pipe. Then we were able to permanently join the two pipes together with a Perma-Liner spot repair!
